These pictures were taken on Saturday, April 3, 2004. The first photo overlooks downtown Vancouver from the trail that circles the edge of Stanley Park. The second and third photos were also taken while walking through Stanley Park. The balancing rocks are not a trick of the camera. I actually watched the artist set the stones in place! I spoke to the artist afterwards, and he explained that he has the unique ability to sense the center of gravity for any object.
